Liz is a personal trainer and FST therapist that relocated from Red Bank, NewJersey to Miami, FL in early 2021. Liz started her career in fitness seven years ago after leaving a career in the fashion design industry. After attending a basic stretching course several years ago, Liz saw tremendous response and results from her clients and continued to pursue her education with Stretch to Win Institute. She is currently an L2 Certited Fascial Stretch therapist. She currently works for a luxury gym in Miami while building her concierge stretch business.

Pricing

STRETCH SESSIONS

All prices are for a 60 minute stretch session. 90 minute sessions are available upon request.

*Prices are based on location for concierge service. Therapist is based out of Coconut Grove. Travel beyond the Miami area available upon request.

Coconut Grove / Coral Gables

60-Minute session $130

Midtown / Brickell

60-Minute session $150

Miami Beach / South Beach

60-Minute session $160

POLICIES

Sessions are 60 minutes. 90 minutes may be available upon request

Pricing is based on location in the Miami area for concierge service. Pricing for travel beyond the Miami area is available upon request.

Sessions are transferable to friends and family, within the same area, with permission of the purchaser.

Single sessions expire 60 days after purchase.

4 packs expire 3 months from purchase.

8 packs expire 6 months from purchase.

Your session with be confirmed 24 hours before the scheduled day and time. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the service may be charged 50% of the service.
